Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G for T-Mobile is now official, to be released ?in the coming weeks?

Samsung?s latest mid-range slider has hit more than a few bumps on its road to the smartphone market, but after a couple of delays it is now slated for a release ?in the coming weeks?. As rumored, the Galaxy S Relay 4G is headed to T-Mobile, but its pricing and exact launch date are still kept under wraps.

Although it?s a bit frustrating to still not know everything about a phone that has reportedly been in the works for months now and that was supposed to start selling on August 15 as the Galaxy S Blaze Q, we?re glad T-Mo has made the handheld official, making the rumor mill finally stop grinding.

Magenta?s press release goes through the Relay 4G?s most important features, insisting on its focus on business customers looking for ?a powerful device that makes it easy to integrate their busy work and personal lives?.

Now we wouldn?t go as far as to call the Relay a very powerful phone, seeing as it?s powered by a slightly outdated dual-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 processor, but it is a device that seems to provide a decent balance between functionality, speed and good looks.

We?ve known bits and pieces of the slider?s spec sheet for a while now, and, while T-Mo?s official unveiling still leaves a couple of things covered in mystery, we can finally compile an almost complete list of features:

The battery?s capacity and the details about the phone?s weight and dimensions are the missing pieces of the Galaxy S Relay 4G puzzle.?Still, these shouldn?t change much at how the handheld on the whole will be perceived by the wide public, so you should probably already decide if this new slider is something that peeks your interest.
